In 2025, I lost my beautiful son Josh to an overdose at just 22 years old.

That experience changed my life forever.

I also realised how little support there is for families walking this path.

That is why I created Mend Your Heart with Maz — a gentle, supportive space for families and loved ones navigating addiction and grief.
